Brazillian BBQ

Possibly the most paleo-friendly dining experience I have ever had.

The salad bar was out of this world: roasted beets, tons of different kinds of salad and vegetables, fritattas, prawns, roast beef... no kidding.

Then they come to your table with lots of roasted meats (lamb, pork, shrimp, etc etc). I got to pick and choose what and how much meat I ate. So fun! I mostly tasted one slice of each thing, unless it really didn't appeal to me.

We are now off to the farmer's market this morning to pick up something delicious and paleo-friendly for the BBQ we are going to today!

It might be a holiday weekend full of BBQs and eating, but I am going to do it MY way :D

  1. We have a huge Brazilian population on Cape Cod, and the Brazilian Grill in Hyannis is one my family's favorite places to go (we call it Vegan Hell). The buffet is amazing (raw bar included), but the meat is out of this world...the kids are huge fans of the chicken hearts, of all things, and everything is so perfect and Paleo Heaven!

  2. I so want to try this now. Thanks for your review. LOL ,Norma, Vegan Hell So funny.

  3. Karen, if you have one nearby, I bet you'll love one grills like the Brazilians and the meat is top quality. Our has NY strip, filet mignon, too many other cuts of beef for me to remember -- lamb, chicken hearts, all right off the fire and sliced on to your plate. I will warn you, the desserts are also amazing, unfortunately! Check this website: This is the one near us and we LOVE it.

  4. Wahoo! I love Brazilian BBQ...they're a little pricey here though so I don't get to go often.
