I will retire earlier than I planned by stopping the cafe and lunch time eating and starting to bring my own food in 2011 (that and wise investments ;) ) Super glad my coworkers encouraged me into full participation in retirement savings. But not eating out really helps.<br /><br />Now I use the salad bar, hard boiled eggs, and chicken or beef if I forget my lunch. <br /><br />Hang in there, your body is no longer your own, for a good reason.
