I have had a couple of consequences to my holiday indulgences too...two pounds (I still have at least 30 to go). I have come to realize, however, that even people without a history of being overweight have ups and downs. I'm trying to think of myself as a "normal" person who needs to take off a few pounds. I have felt normal this year as I have lost 45 pounds, for the first time in my life. You have done so well...you've got this!E.
